I have had multiple problems with this insurance company.although the staff is friendly I feel the knowledge and professionalism is poor.I have been put in very bad positions due to over drawing amounts from my accounts and then accountability just not being taken.it is a sad thing in todays economy when an insurance agent does not want to proceed with clients who have made the decision to stay with them even in rough times.this has been the last straw for me and our family.we will be searching for a new provider.we believe that your insurance broker should have your best interest in mind and not be partial when dealing with your money, home, or family.if I can give a piece of advice it would be to MAKE SURE you give your clients ALL the info so that your participation in the day to day life they lead is a positive one NOT the reason behind more stress and suffering.COMMUNICATION is key and knowing your business is another.if you don't understand what your doing, how can you properly explain it to your clients?take accountability for your actions.thank you
