The employees are not overly friendly, but they do their jobs very well.
The staff if very accommodating. They could use a take a number machine. When this place is busy it is a little confusing. Parking can be a bit of a bugger. It's best to park in the parking down the street and walk.
We went here for a basic service and we went in with 2 of our kids , I have never felt as awkward as I have being in this building . The ladies glared and were very unfriendly ! No customer service skills at all! It almost feels like you are a burden coming in! I will for now on go elsewhere as I am very disappointed !
Not really interested in quality customer service. It was like they where mad that youve come in to register your car. A smile would go a long way.
Almost didnt go here because of the bad reviews. My wife and I went here on separate occasions for the same service. We both found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would agree they need either a line or a take a number. I can see people trying to get service ahead of others.
