If I could give zero stars I would. As a matter of fact people of Alberta should be standing together and refusing to see any dentist that charges ABOVE the current year's fee guide!!!!! It is absolutely ridicules that dentists in Alberta have to decided to take the fee guide and use it as a reference to determine how much over the guide they should charge their patients. For example my benefit plan covers 100% of the current year's fee guide on normal dental work such as check ups, cleanings, fillings etc. So last month I had my cleaning and check up and was still asked to pay $30 out of pocket. So the dentist was paid 100% of what the current year fee guide said they should charge but because Alberta dentists are not required to charge according to the fee guide they can charge you and I whatever they want. Anyways I was searching for a new dentist and decided to call Galerie because their reviews were quite high. The person I talked to on the phone very bluntly told me yes we charge above the fee guide. We as a people should be telling these dentists that we are not going to tolerate them charging more than the fee guide. Am I the only one that thinks this is a wrong practice???? SMH!!!
Highly recommend Galerie Dental! They were able to schedule me in right away, very accommodating! Beautiful office and wonderful reception staff. The ladies were kind and friendly. They were able to direct bill my dental visit. I saw Dr Nijjer, whom was very informative, experienced and humble. I have always been afraid of the dentist, and she made me feel at ease. I would highly reccomend seeing Dr Nijjer without hesitation!

I have been to many different dentists in my life and it is very hard to find a good one. Well Galerie Dental Care is one of the good ones. I feel, they actually Care about the patient more then about making money. I have always been treated with respect to my needs whether it is pain, appointment needs or accommodating my dental plan. They do Not do unnessary dental work. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Mahesh Kalia b.sc. d.m.d and his team get 5 stars.
