Hygienists awesome but front desk staff used to be good, efficient, and caring during previous years. No more. Hard for a long time patient to get in for emergency work. It seems that over the past year, that they have had a change in attitude. Had to go to Edmonton. Reception staff does not follow up on patients. Been with them for a long time, but now I will transfer my file to Edmonton.
I love this place. They are so careful with keeping things clean and I love not chocking on all the pastes with the dental protective barrier they use. Also no one else does the sealant so my teeth dont hurt as much after I have a cavity done. Great dentist and great staff!!!
Thank you, Dr Bernard, for the most thorough dental care I have ever had. Friendly dentist- great with kids- very skilled in his profession. Friendly staff members who take care of patients properly and help you to feel comfortable.
This is a great place to bring you family. Dr Bernard is such a nice dentist that takes the time to keep everything just right. I hate when you go to a dentist and after you have a filling it hurts for weeks after. I love that they do it right to make sure it lasts as much as you can and protect you from pain as much as possible. Keep it up.
I visited Beaumont Dental Care for a long over due check up and cleaning yesterday. The experience was one of the best that I have experienced in a dental office. All of the staff were phenomenal! The front office staff, the hygienist, and Dr. Bernard were all very professional. I would high recommend this dental office and will be back for regular cleanings and check ups.
