The pharmacy is a joke. The one pharmacist is so ignorant every time I go in there and always makes it a big deal to fill my prescriptions. He once even went as far as to accuse me of abusing my pills. I'll take my business to a different pharmacist that is smart enough to know you can't get high off of birth control.
I went here to buy some things. It was a big mistake. The cashier threw the receipt onto the table. I looked at her with surprise, but she pretended not to know. She didn't apologize to me. And than she came out from counter and met me again, but she passed by me. It is the first time I have experienced such a rude situation. What did I do wrong?
I have been to this canada post outlet countless of times but never recieve a warm reception from the attendant. She is successful in making you feel like you are bothering her. Today is no different.she was training a new girl but all she do was going back and forth to the back room and sipping here and there with her water bottle knowing the que had started to build up. I hope the new girl will be trained the proper way of customer service ..remember customers are the lifeblood of every service business/ retail service. Dont scare them away by putting people who do not want to be there . I like to shop at rexall but as much as i was trying to avoid using post service there because i dont feel welcome . Mind you the older lady at the cashier in the front is the best..so helpful and very warm.
Very disappointed with the Canadian Post Service, very dishonest and unprofessional service! Just received the written notice that my parcel is gone! Parcel was never delivered nor received the notice to pick it up. The people working at the Rexall location in Beaumont are unfriendly and won't be able to help you at all! Seems like they hate their jobs!I would recommend to look for an alternative post delivery service!
Very rude and ignorant staff! Was visiting the store to browse for new hair dye and just window shop when we realized a few employees were following us around the store, at one point a lady had come up to us asking if we need any help and we had kindly said we were just browsing in the makeup section and she had rolled her eyes and rudely said ok. We continued to brows around and when we were ready to leave we noticed four employees were staring at us through the windows, we felt very violated and unwelcome. You would assume you would want to make customers feel welcome and encourage sales but apparently not to the staff working that day. As we were exiting one staff emended was waiting behind the counter and the other watching us leave, the alarm went off as we were leaving. She made us empty our pockets and she gave us nasty looks as she waiting for us to empty our pockets, it was a very violated and invasive experience especially since we werent acting suspicious and being very respectful in the store. Maybe the fact that we were wearing baggy coats in the snowy weather was somehow suspicious or the fact that we were young. Was just going to look for hair products for purchase later and generally browse to see if there was anything I would like, will not ever give rexall business again after this altercation, it was also not the first time I had a negative experience at the store.
