Nice clean place with good quality beds and decent service
This place was a mess. I walked in to get a tan and realize they also did eyelashes on asking questions I was asked to step aside so that the person behind me could go first... While I was waiting for paperwork to go through I wanted to looke at the lotions. The girl told me that I had no business being behind the counter as it was like being at a dentist office. im sorry but how am I my supposed to know what lotions I want to buy if I cant look at them. The girl gave me attitude and it angered me because I was about to drop at least $200 and she was making me feel like an idiot. They lost a customer I will never go back this is the worst experience Ive ever encountered
SUPER expensive and the beds are super outdated. 8 to 10+year old technology despite bulbs being replaced often...(?) (no face tanner etc) just the gold old fashioned tanning beds. The girl at the desk was adorable tho and the place was clean.Their competitor in town charges way less and they have newer, more powerful beds that can accommodate people who are larger in size. All around poor experience and I won't go back. Sorry Fabutan!
I'm permenantly banned from this location which is fine by me. I would never step foot in this debauchery and hostage taking franchise. I'll be protesting outside in a hunger strike until my money is refunded. Yes I was a rude upset customer but if a customer is banned please feel free to ban my money as well. ... I was not in the right but your actions don't help the situation and I feel this reflects just how poor the customer service will be.....take your bizness elsewhere. The owner is three bricks short of a sh*thouse ....I'm honest . Is there a negative star rating I can choose?
