Amazing cafe with all the bakery treats including cupcakes, cookies, pies. Great bread and snacks. Also lunches and soups with amazing coffee from a local roaster . They also complete the most stunning cakes!
My parents ordered a cake for my grad along with some salted caramel cupcakes. When we opened the cake at the restaurant, it was damaged and looked like something with a sharp edge had dug into the side. When we cut into the cake and tasted it, it had buttercream icing instead of cream cheese like we asked. It was also way too sweet for anyone to enjoy a piece. The cupcakes were equally disappointing. They didnt taste anything like caramel and they were so dry they just crumbled. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction with the items, the bakery initially offered a refund. Its been three days now. When I followed up, they told me they would no longer be offering a refund and blocked me from their page. Very poor customer service.
Cute place, clean and bright. I was served quickly and the food was tasty. Love the dill pickle soup! The eible cookie dough is smooth an not too sweet. The cinnamon bun is light and tasty although I could he use more filling. Staff was very friendly with everyone.
Bake my day has been horribly disappointing to deal with. Not only did their product come damaged but also so dry and sweet no one was able to enjoy the cake and cupcakes. On top of that, it wasnt even the flavors ordered. When my dissatisfaction was mentioned on their review page they replied with mention of a refund. Since, they have not replied to my inquiry of said refund, hidden my review and after our daughter inquired about the refund since I was being ignored they blocked her. The cake and cupcakes ordered were very special for us as they were for my daughters university graduation celebration. To be treated with such little regard and or respect as a new customer is horrible, I hope nobody else has to deal with such dissatisfaction and poor treatment. Very sad experience to say the least!
