I recommend this establishment if you've been in a MVA or if you're just looking for a massage. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Steph the manager is awesome, she is so accommodating when it comes to booking and rescheduling appointments and is a pleasure to talk to. Trish and Chasity (massage therapists) are so good at what they do, I've enjoyed all of my massages from them. My physiotherapist Nav is a sweetheart and I look forward to our appointments each week, she has been a staple to my healing process. So glad I found impact on my search for therapy after my accident. Many thanks to the Impact team, you rock!

Excellent, knowledgeable and professional physiotherapists. The front desk staff are very friendly, efficient and provide amazing service. I began treatment with Mani and am so thankful to him as I recover from a ankle injury. He took time to educate me on m cause of pain n even provided me range of exercises that could prevent injury in future. He is very thorough with his knowledge, highly trained and gets his results too . The clinic is clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location. I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this physio clinic .
After a sever car crash the Impact team had brought me back to a healthy state. All members of the team are very professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of pysio. Always courteous and accommodating when needing to cancel or change appointments. They are also open extended hours to accommodate my unusual schedule.
