I have been going to this pharmacy for many years, since the previous owner (Mike), and now the current owner who's name is Dan.I have only ever had one negative experience there, which was many years ago. The lady behind the counter was very terse and rude to the person who was ahead of me, and her attitude carried over to my dealings with her. As soon as I mentioned Mike's name (he was the owner at the time), and asked when he would be in again, she changed her demeanor. I asked her to have Mike call me... When Mike called, he told me that he would definitely look into it, and apologized on her behalf. I believe he must have let the person go who was being so unpleasant, because I didn't ever see her there again. Mike also apologized in person the next time I saw him.The new owner Dan is an absolute treasure. He is by far and away the most caring pharmacist I have ever dealt with. He is prompt and efficient, but more importantly he is there to answer questions, and has even researched areas of concern and contacted me later with more information. This type of service is like a blast from the past, when people knew you as a person, instead of being treated like a faceless number in the system.He also helped me by pointing out a drug plan that would help with costs, and will call my doctor if the need arises. I hope he never decides to leave the business, and also that knows that there are many people like myself that really value what he does for our community. Thanks for all you do Dan!
The pharmacists here are wonderful and really helpful. I'm usually shy and quite private about my personal issues, but the young asian pharmacist always makes me feel comfortable. She always assures me that I'm normal. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
Coming here for the first time on behalf of my parents, the staff took the time to go contact their family physician to discuss and recommend an alternative medication that would be effective and covered under their insurance. They definitely go above and beyond their call of duty. Thanks!
I just love the staff here. They took such great care of my father for years, right through to his passing. They went above and beyond their jobs by doing things like taking money from their own pockets to give my father gifts or paying for small prescriptions when he was diagnosed with a terminal disease. They would drive his medications to our house after their shift if I needed them to. Free of charge. But perhaps the most priceless was the hugs and emotional support that was constantly offered to me and my family, before, during and after my fathers sickness. I can't thank you guys enough. The "they I speak of was Jaquie and the "young Asian lady" that was bashed in other comments. I am sorry for their experience however, I have NEVER had a negative time, word, look or attitude. . She is very kind hearted and always gave a sweet hug and extended her care to continue during her own private time after work hours. That is priceless care. Thank you ladies!!
Dan is the only pharmacist I have ever met that really cares about his clients! His team is super helpful and caring too. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!
