Great gym! Awesome atmosphere. If you want a killer workout in 30 minutes this is perfect. A fun way to get cardio in, build muscle, and learn to kickbox. Definitely worth it. Its great having a trainer too who pushes you and teaches you along the way.
Best workout routine I have ever done. It was really difficult the 1st week but stick with it and it gets better. I have lost 25 pounds largely because of the motivation the Trainers do. It also helps that they have online nutritional info.
