Well where does one start? Jeff seemed really nice, but a bit of a scatterbrain, losing some of our invoices and receipts. We had a good relationship we thought. Then when our taxes were done, we were given 3 different prices to pay. We made arrangements to pay him, and he then started to harass me and my husband threatening to call the c.r.a. and sending the bill to collections to which he forgets how much we owe. When we get over this initial silliness and try to pay him, he makes the bill higher and says that it needs to be taken from collections and that will be 100, more. We then ask for the collections place he is referring to. His response is I am done with you, I am done with people who take advantage. The whole time we tried to reason with him and work with him. But people he is all about the money, and messing up our taxes. Like he has authority to mess with our livelihood. He says he is a christian, but that was not behavior of a christian. He praises God for his abundant blessing, but forgets that what is given can be easily taken away. I could get into how unchristian like his behavior is and how unprofessional he is. But you get the just of the review.So not only did he send me to collections, he sent my husband to collections and he is demanding 1000.00 from us for our joint taxes which was suppost to be one payment of 120 for our tax return and 100.00 to go through receipts. So now he has messed with me and my husbands livelihood. Run!!! This man is not honourable!!!
Horrible experience. Had to hire someone to fix all the mistakes Jeff made. Didnt help that after Jeff was paid he is completely unresponsive.
